  • 16 oz. Bag of Collard Greens
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • 1 Ham Hock / or Salted Pork (chunk)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar (Any White or Brown)
  • 3 Tablesppons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

Directions

    1) In Big Silver Pot, combined Greens, Pork, and Water / add in Sugar, Olive Oil to a Boil for 15 minutes.

    2) Cut Heat Down to #5 for 30 minutes.

    3) Add Black Pepper (to taste).

    If Tough or Bitter then cook longer.
