- 1 Tbsp. red vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 stalks broccoli
- 1 lb. butternut squash, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained (optional)
Directions

1Combine chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, molasses, ginger and cornstarch in a bowl.

2Cut squash into 3 x 1/2 x 1/2-inch sticks. Cut broccoli flowerets from stems.
