- 5 lb. collards
- ham hock or hunk of ham
- 6 potatoes, cut in halves
Directions

1You need a pot large enough for collards and ham.

2Put about 1/2 full of water.

3Cook for 2 1/2 hours or until tender, then place potatoes in pot and cook for 30 minutes.

4Drain and cut up collards.

5You may use some bacon drippings on the collards.
