- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Parmesan cheese
- 4 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Melt butter in nonstick frying pan.

2Add eggs.

3Cook eggs slowly until you start to see the yolk change.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, at least 1/8-inch thick.

5Slowly add vinegar, one teaspoon at a time,

6to the outer edge of the pan.

7This will flash cook the eggs.

8Serve with bread and preserves.
