- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 6 egg whites
- 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Mix sugar, water and syrup.

2Cook to soft ball stage.

3Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

4Slowly add hot sugar/syrup mixture to egg whites, beating constantly until icing is like cream.

5Add confectioners sugar.

6Leftover frosting may be refrigerated, then heated over warm water to lukewarm and used as needed.
