  • 1 quart jamaican rum
  • 1 pint brandy
  • 4 ounces green chartreuse liqueur
  • 1 pint freshly brewed tea (oolong)
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 2 oranges, juice of
  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • 750 ml champagne

Directions

    Combine the rum, brandy, Chartreuse, juices and tea in a large punch bowl.

    Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

    Add ice then add the Champagne and stir.

    serve.
