Ingredients

  • 30 oz. can pork and beans
  • 30 oz. can kidney beans
  • 2 16 oz. cans butter beans
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, chipped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Drain beans and pour into a large 3 quart casserole dish. Saute the bacon, drain.

    Add onions, sugar, catsup, mustard and vinegar to the drained bacon.

    Pour over beans and bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.

    Yield 12 - 15 servings.
