- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 12 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper.

3Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.

4Add the tomato soup, beef broth, soy sauce, and stir.

5Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
