- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. white flour
- 7/8 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour and yeast in a bowl.

2Mix molasses and water in a separate container.

3Slowly add the water to the flour while mixing.

4I use a large Kitchen Aid mixer because I have one, but mixing by hand is just as good.

5Add more water if dough is too dry.

6Knead.

7My mixer with a dough hook takes about five minutes.

8Allow dough to rise in a Pam-coated, covered bowl until about double in size.
