- 2 c. cooked carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Cut carrots into strips, about 2 cupfuls.

2Cook until they are tender and drain.

3Mix all remaining ingredients together in a skillet and heat until well blended.

4Add carrots and saute them about 10 minutes, stirring so that all the strips are coated with the sauce.
