  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 graham cracker crust (homemade, not store bought)

    Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.

    Pour into crust.

    Trim with reserved crumbs.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until just set.
