  • 1 pkg. Ore-Ida potatoes O'Brien
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Chop onion and saute in butter until transparent.

    Combine with frozen potatoes, sour cream, chicken soup and 1 cup of cheese.

    Mix well.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese and corn flakes on top.

    Bake in casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
