  • 14 slices white bread
  • 12 oz. sharp processed cheese slices
  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked or 2 cans (can use broccoli)
  • 2 c. cooked ham chunks or slices
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Directions

    Remove crusts from bread and divide each slice into 4 triangles.

    Place half of the bread into bottom of a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Place cheese slices on top.

    Arrange cooked asparagus on top of cheese.

    Place ham on top of asparagus and remaining bread on top of ham.
