  • 4 medium conchs
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 can of celery soup
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • water

Directions

    Bruise and boil conchs.

    Cut into small pieces.

    Fry out onion and celery in 1 tablespoon oil.

    Add sauces and water.
