Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 small (No. 2) can tomato juice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 medium onions
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 small can tomato puree
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- pinch of salt
- garlic (optional)
Directions

1Fry together.

2Drain hamburger and onions.

3Mix together in a large kettle sugar, vinegar, juice, tomato puree, chili powder, pepper, catsup, sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.

4Add hamburger and onion to this mix.

5Salt to taste.

6Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

7Cool; run it through a meat grinder.

8One pint makes 8 or 9 Coneys.
