- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, diced
- 1 c. long grained rice, cooked
- 1 c. parboiled diced carrots
- 1 c. parboiled diced celery
- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen peas
Directions

1In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain all but 3 tablespoons of drippings.

3Add rice, carrots, celery and peas. Cook until heated through about 5 to 7 minutes.

4Stir in bacon. Can serve with soy sauce.
