- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 14 cup water
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 18 teaspoon pepper, fresh, ground
- 12 cup sweet red pepper, diced
- 12 cup green pepper, diced
- 12 cup yellow pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients.

4Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
