Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. coarsely grated carrot
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded process American cheese
- 1 tsp. salad seasoning (I use Sauer's Salad Delight)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook peas according to package directions or until just tender.

2Remove from heat; drain and cool.

3In large bowl, gently toss together peas, eggs, celery, carrot, pickle relish and onion. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, salad seasoning and mustard; toss with vegetable mixture.

4Cover and chill.
