Ingredients

  • 1 can Shoe peg corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 small jar (or less) pimento
  • 1 onion, chopped (red, white or several green, fresh)
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
