- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat together brown sugar, eggs and vegetable oil.

2Mix in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.

3Add flour, baking powder and salt.

4Continue beating until mixture is well mixed.

5Spread in 9 x 16-inch jelly roll pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Let cool before removing from pan.

8Cut into bars.
