- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Oil grill.

2Mix flour, sugar and baking soda well.

3Beat egg in a bowl.

4Blend in buttermilk.

5Add dry ingredients; beat until smooth.

6Blend in margarine.

7If thinner pancake is desired, add 1/4 cup more buttermilk.

8Use about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Put on grill and fry.

9Serve immediately.

10Good with sausage or bacon.
