  • 1 stick regular margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa (rounded)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to rolling boil, stirring often, and boil approximately 2 minutes (firm-ball stage). Be sure your cake is completely cooled before icing it.
