Ingredients

  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    In large saucepan mix eggs, milk and 1/3 cup sugar.

    Cook and stir on medium heat until mix coats metal spoon.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat.

    Quickly cool by placing pan in sink or bowl of cold water, stirring constantly.
  5. 5
    Stir in vanilla.
  6. 6
    Chill for 24 hours.
