  • 1-1/2 cups crushed European-style cookie for coffee (speculoos cookies) (about 20 cookies)
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup European-style cookie butter (speculoos cookie butter)

    Heat oven to 325F.

    Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp.

    sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 24 paper-lined muffin cups.

    Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.

    Spoon over crusts.

    Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

    Bake 25 to 30 min.

    or until centers are almost set.
