  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 or 3 large diced small jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)

    Spread out and arrange the whole and mostly whole chips on a cookie sheet.

    Place a teaspoon helping of refried beans on each chip making sure top is flat for rest of ingredients.

    Spread out diced peppers evenly over chips.

    Sprinkle cheese over nachos and bake at warm until cheese is melted.
