  • 1 pkg. carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried mustard

Directions

    Slice carrots.

    Cook in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to boil.

    Pour over carrots.

    Can be eaten warm but are much better refrigerated until completely chilled.
