- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
Directions

2Cook in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to boil.

3Pour over carrots.

4Can be eaten warm but are much better refrigerated until completely chilled.
