- 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
- 1 1/2 c. very hot tap water
- 2 eggs
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.

2Add margarine (softened) and water; beat 2 minutes.

3Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 1 minute.

4Add enough flour to make soft dough.

5Turn onto floured board and knead 10 minutes.

6Let rise 20 minutes.

7Make into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
