- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Slice carrots 1/4 inch thick.

2Slice onion and pepper.

3Layer carrots, onion and pepper.

4Heat sugar, tomato soup, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.

5Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.

6Let stand overnight.

7Keeps 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated.
