  • 5 c. slightly cooked carrots, cut in rounds like pennies
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, cut fine
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
