- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 2 small bell peppers (optional)
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender.

2Drain and cool.

3Add onion rings and peppers.

4Mix other ingredients together and pour over the carrots.

5Let set 12 hours.

6Keeps well.
