  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. diced fully cooked ham or Canadian-style bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded aged Swiss cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Combine rice, ham, cheese, parsley and butter in medium bowl.

    Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish.
