  • 1 can each: white corn, yellow corn and peas, drained
  • 1 c. each: diced celery, onion and green pepper
  • 1 small pimento
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Drain white corn, yellow corn and peas.

    Add diced celery, onion, green pepper and pimento.

    Bring salad oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil.

    Pour over vegetables and let set for 24 hours.

    Will keep for 2 weeks.
