- 3 c. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix corn and milk and bring to a boil.

2Separate corn from milk and return milk to fire.

3Make paste from margarine and flour, adding the paste to milk to thicken.

4Simmer 5 minutes and add salt and sugar.

5Return corn to milk and bring back to a boil over low heat.

6Transfer creamed corn to casserole dish.

7Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.

8Dot top with melted margarine

9and brown under broiler.
