  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients; stir well.

    In a shaker, place egg and dry mixture, then milk.

    Shake well.

    Using a funnel, place finger over bottom of funnel and fill.

    Remove finger; pour in circular pattern into hot grease (about 375°).

    Cook to a light golden brown.

    Cover by sprinkling on powdered sugar, syrup or cinnamon and sugar.
