  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy muffin mix (corn)
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn

    Mix, in order listed, well after each ingredient.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch glass casserole, which has been buttered, for 45 to 60 minutes at 350° (until top is browned).
