  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (12 oz.) box Flako or Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix together eggs, salt and oil. Add muffin mix, corn and sour cream. Mix well by hand. Pour into well greased 8-inch square pan (or large iron skillet). Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm.
