  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (bacon fat)
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions

    Beat in separate bowl the buttermilk, butter and eggs.

    Add liquid to dry ingredients.

    Beat them until blended only.

    Grease pan.
