  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

    Beat eggs in a bowl.

    Add the margarine and milk mixture.

    Add dry ingredients and mix well with mixer.
