  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. less 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk

    Combine Bisquick, sugar, soda and corn meal.

    Blend in butter, eggs and milk.

    Bake in a large (10 x 15-inch) ungreased glass baking dish at 325° for 40 minutes.
