- 2 c. corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Sift corn meal and salt together; pour boiling water over, stirring quickly.

2Add milk quickly to prevent lumping.

3Add eggs and beat well.

4Stir in baking powder and butter.

5Pour into a greased baking pan.

6Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
