Corn Bread Casserole

  • 1 pkg. corn bread mix
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • green hot peppers to taste
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Mix together as directed on package.

    Add corn and beaten eggs.

    Cook ground chuck and onion together and drain.

    Add to corn bread mixture.

    Grease casserole dish; pour half of the mixture into the casserole. Add half of the shredded cheese. Spread remaining mix on top of cheese.

    Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
