- 1 pkg. corn bread mix
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- green hot peppers to taste
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix together as directed on package.

2Add corn and beaten eggs.

3Cook ground chuck and onion together and drain.

4Add to corn bread mixture.

5Grease casserole dish; pour half of the mixture into the casserole. Add half of the shredded cheese. Spread remaining mix on top of cheese.

6Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
