Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken gizzards
- 1 lb. lean ground meat (1/2 lb. beef, 1/2 lb. pork)
- 4 chopped onions
- 4 sticks chopped celery
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 c. chicken bouillon (10 oz.)
- 4 c. corn bread
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In Dutch oven, brown meat.

2Add onions, celery and garlic that have been sauteed for 5 minutes.

3Add bouillon soup. Worcestershire; season to taste.

4Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

5Mix in 4 cups corn bread and 1/2 cup onion tops.

6Bring seasoning up to taste.

7(Chicken gizzards are optional.

8You may increase the ground meat to substitute.)
