  • prepared corn bread
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. cooked giblets
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 pieces from celery stalk
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • seasoned salt with garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • turkey flavored croutons (optional)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Bake 30 to 45 minutes, depending on amount.

    Prepare corn bread to your specifications.

    Use broth from your meat. Mix giblets and saute vegetables.

    Break up corn bread; mix in broth, vegetables and seasonings.

    If baked with meat it will take a little longer.

    If croutons are used, use sparingly.
