  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 4 c. crumbled corn bread
  • 4 c. stale bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. stock

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into an oblong casserole dish or stuff chicken in turkey with dressing.

    If baking in dish, cook at 425° until golden brown.
