- 2 lb. fresh turkey tails
- 2 lb. turkey necks
- 1 1/2 lb. giblets
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. celery (optional)
- 1 tsp. sage (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. white or French bread crumbs
- 6 to 8 c. crumbled corn bread
Directions

1Boil turkey tails, necks and giblets until tender.

2Remove meat from bones of tails and necks.

3Chop giblets.

4Bake large pan of regular corn bread (no sugar).

5Cool and crumble.

6Combine all ingredients.
