- 6 biscuits (leftover)
- 1 can pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 ripe apples, sliced
Directions

1Pour pineapple juice over biscuits. Let soak until soft. Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and all sliced apples. Stir in vanilla flavor. Pour into a well-greased pan. Place in a 400° oven until brown. Serve hot or cold.
