  • 6 biscuits (leftover)
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 ripe apples, sliced

Directions

    Pour pineapple juice over biscuits. Let soak until soft. Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and all sliced apples. Stir in vanilla flavor. Pour into a well-greased pan. Place in a 400° oven until brown. Serve hot or cold.
