- 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 large can pinto beans
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 or 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice
Directions

1Bake Jiffy mix as directed on box.

2Crumble baked corn bread into bottom of pan or dish.

3Pour beans on top of bread.

4Slice onions, pepper and tomato on top of beans.

5Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice together; pour on top.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Chill and serve.
