  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, baked as directed, cooled and then crumbled
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • bacon bits (optional)

Directions

    Add onions, celery and green peppers to the crumbled corn bread.

    Mix with the mayonnaise.

    Top with bacon bits.

    Chill and serve.
