  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread, bake per box instructions
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles (bread and butter)
  • 1/3 c. pickle juice
  • 1 c. mayo
