Corn Bread Stuffed Squash

Ingredients
- 4 medium size squash
- 1 1/2 c. corn bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Wash squash well; cover with cold water.

2Bring to boil and boil rapidly for 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.

3Mix all other ingredients.

4Cut squash in the center the long way.

5Scoop out seeds and pulp; add to bread crumb mixture.

6Salt and pepper squash shells lightly.

7Stuff with bread crumb stuffing; place on greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, or until brown.
